In order to provide our services, we collect personal data from parents/ carers/ individuals who sign up to our drum lessons/ workshops/ contact us/ use any of our services. The data we collect includes:
- Parent’s/Carer’s/Individual’s Information (name, address, email, phone, relationship to child, any special needs, learning difficulties, medical conditions, anxieties, anything else that would be helpful for us to know, how you found out about Kickstart Drums, any other questions/comments).
- Child’s Information (name, school, year group, date of birth, any special needs, learning difficulties, medical conditions, anxieties, anything else that would be helpful for us to know).
We use GoCardless, a third-party payment processor, to handle monthly payments. GoCardless will collect and store payment details securely. You can read the GoCardless privacy policy on their website: www.gocardless.com
2. How We Use Your Information
We collect this information so we can respond to your queries; arrange and provide drum lessons/ workshops for you/ your child; communicate about lessons/ workshops/ payment/ cancellations/ anything else needful and relevant to our lessons/ services; let you know about any other services we offer that we think may be of interest to you/ your child.
We will not use your personal data for any other purposes unless we have obtained your explicit consent or are required to do so by law.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share your personal information in the following situations:
- GoCardless: For monthly payment processing.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law or in response to a legal request, such as a court order/ investigation/ safeguarding matter.
